Getting back into sewing after a few months off can be tricky. I have so many ideas and no idea what to start first, luckily my sisters housemate commissioned a MacBook case. I got started picking out fabric samples, choosing the pocket design and cutting out the pieces. It is quite a simple but effective make, using quitting in between the layers to cushion the laptop. My customer really liked the design and special attention to detail.

Feeling inspired by this design and the lovely spring weather we have started to have I also started on some new cushion designs. I have made be these before for myself and friend but this time I wanted to try selling them. It is a simple design but very effective, I was a little ambitious with the pom poms (they took longer to make than expected)! I have listed these for sale via Esty and Depop, hoping that they will go to a good home.
